Jeppesen and Singapore Airlines Agree to a Three-Year Crew Pairing Contract

Crew pairing agreement manages pairing operations for the 7,000 members of the Singapore Airlines cabin crew

Jeppesen has negotiated a three-year service renewal agreement with Singapore Airlines, a leading air carrier of Asia, to provide outsourced management of crew pairing services for the approximately 7,000 members of the airline’s cabin crew.

Jeppesen’s proprietary software and technical expertise provide crew planning customers with effective, cost-saving crew management services in a challenging business economy. The Jeppesen Carmen Suite offers airlines the opportunity to manage crew operations in-house or outsource the work directly to Jeppesen

The crew pairing management service agreement follows a recent successful installation of a crew rostering software solution for cabin crew and technical crew at Singapore Airlines and its subsidiary Singapore Airlines Cargo.
