Montreal Team serves the homeless
A team from Jeppesen Montreal spent a few hours helping to prepare for and serve the evening meal at the Old Brewery Mission. This was a great opportunity to work together as a team, as well as a chance to get to know those who volunteered at the centre day in and day out, showing their acts of kindness. The Old Brewery Mission does great work for homeless people in Montreal, and we were glad to have a chance to play a small part.
“For 125 years, the Old Brewery Mission has provided emergency services to all those who have knocked at our door. In addition to meeting immediate basic necessities, the Mission continues to develop and oversee long-term solutions, from mental health programs to social housing initiatives that help men and women re-integrate back into society.“
