Jeppesen ForeFlight Launches Dispatch v2026-2: Greater Automation, Faster Performance for Complex Airline Operations

ODENSE – April 29, 2026 – Jeppesen ForeFlight today announced the release of Jeppesen Dispatch v2026-2, a major software update designed to help commercial airline operations teams automate more of the planning process, respond faster to changing conditions, and maintain stronger control across increasingly complex workflows. The release significantly expands how Jeppesen Dispatch can support airlines operating in more complex and demanding environments.

New capabilities in v2026-2 include a management-by-exception dashboard in Grid view, event-based process automation, automated airport suitability checks, advanced NOTAM and briefing controls, fuel tankering analysis, and enhanced Auto Dispatch and Route Planning. Together, these capabilities help airlines reduce manual effort, improve decision speed, and strengthen operational consistency across the dispatch workflow.

“This release marks an important step in the evolution of Jeppesen Dispatch for airlines operating in more demanding environments,” said Jens Koerner, VP of Flight Planning & AI at Jeppesen ForeFlight. “It gives operations and dispatch the ability to automatically calculate and optimize tens of thousands of flight plans continuously.”

Corendon Airlines serves as a launch customer for this release. Operating a fleet of 38 Boeing 737-800 and 737-800 MAX aircraft, Corendon turned to Jeppesen Dispatch as its flight planning process became more complex and manual workloads increased. The airline selected Jeppesen Dispatch to reduce manual effort, improve flight planning efficiency, and integrate more seamlessly with its existing operational systems, including third-party schedule inputs, its in-house EFFCore, and Jeppesen Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) environment.

Working closely with the Jeppesen ForeFlight team, Corendon integrated schedules, uploaded company routes, and tested the automation and route optimization capabilities introduced in v2026-2. The airline also evaluated the platform’s ability to communicate directly with its internal systems, helping simplify integration for its IT organization.

Early results from the transition to Jeppesen Dispatch v2026-2 showed clear operational benefits for the airline. By comparing its established routes with recommendations generated by the Jeppesen Dispatch engine, Corendon identified significant opportunities to improve efficiency. The airline reported fuel savings through optimized routing, reduced the time required for daily flight planning, and lowered total operational costs.

“With Jeppesen Dispatch engine routes, we see that we can gain more benefits with fuel savings, time savings, and also total cost savings. So it’s very good for us,” said Emre Güney, Assistant OCC Manager at Corendon Airlines.

Pleased with these early gains, Corendon Airlines plans to deepen its partnership with the Jeppesen ForeFlight team. The airline is continuing work on additional advanced capabilities, including drifting and escape route scenarios, to further strengthen operational resilience and long-term planning.
